- Content decoding - analysing real-world examples as a team
- Reverse-engineering great content: "What makes this work?"
- Team brainstorming and concept selection
- Creating a content plan: format, story arc, visual approach, shot list
- Storyboarding and scripting the content piece
- On-camera confidence warm-ups and expression exercises
- Team role assignment: Director, Photographer, Writer, Presenter
